Products, prices, and orders

We aim to describe our products and show their colors and dimensions accurately. Natural dried and preserved flowers can vary in shape, color, and arrangement from the photographs. Product availability and prices may change. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Your checkout shows the final product price, shipping charge, applicable taxes, and any discount before you submit an order. We may contact you if an item becomes unavailable or an order contains an evident pricing or listing error; any payment for an item we cannot supply will be refunded.

Discounts

Discounts are subject to the terms shown with each offer and in checkout, including eligibility, expiry, minimum spend, and combination restrictions. A discount cannot be exchanged for cash. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.

Shipping and delivery

We currently offer shipping to eligible U.S. destinations. Shipping charges, free-shipping thresholds, order preparation, and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may change if a carrier experiences a delay. Check the address you enter before placing an order and contact us promptly if it needs correction.

Returns and refunds

Our Refund policy explains eligibility, the 14-day return request period, return shipping costs, and how to request a refund. We do not offer exchanges. These terms do not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
