You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, with its packaging intact and in a condition suitable for resale.

To request a return, email huashiye2026@gmail.com with your order number. Please wait for our return instructions before sending the item back.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer exchanges.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
